Ugh it makes me ill to know how many people I missed meeting. Katiefunn was fussy much of the past two days -- turns out she picked up a bug from her brother. Didn't know why my easygoing baby was so uncooperative. Now I know. She is better today but I am that I wasn't there. It was a boring NYE!! Glad everyone had a great time, maybe next year for me??? That is if jdarg is up for it. Back home now, sigh ...

I never saw my sowal sticker that ya'll put on my back (upside down) until I just retrieved it from the washer. it is fully intact and has the sweetest note (pertaining to fave mofo wench..) from GTTBM.. I'm saving it...

Much thanks to the Dargs for adopting us the last few weeks. Hopefully things will work out so next year we can have you guys over to a house larger than a studio apartment and we can deal with the day after mess.

Dargs! Loved hanging with y'a'l this past week. Phead and Beach bag are obsessed with Darg Vader and his guitar hero. I am obsessed with your daughter. I did teach her about early christmas gooses, corndogs and horsie got the corn, which I know you are all probably a little pissed about, but she's a kfunn in training.

Great party- so glad I was able to come by. I did have to boogie out for my 8PM wardrobe change though.

Jdarg, sorry we left so early. The other parties paled in comparison to yours! It was great to meet so many of the people that I have had no idea who I've been communicating with. I love that I now have faces to go along with the imaginative avatars! I'm still looking for a run/walk partner. Is anyone game?

I'm sticking with the walking for now, and not even starting that until next week. I have to realistic- there is still food to be eaten and wine to be consumed before Sunday.

Geez- I feel like I am quitting smoking all over again. I have picked a day, and enjoying myself to the fullest before the big day!

Give me a few months to get myself physically back together, and maybe then I will feel confident enough to run without the sense that body parts are going to fall off like nuts and bolts on an old car!

We had the BEST time at the Darg's New Years Eve party! There couldn't have been a better way to welcome in 2007 except surrounded by everyone we love best.

MIMI'S FAMOUS SHRIMP DIP

2 cans shrimp (drained and rinsed)
1 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Worcestershire Sauce to taste
Add Mayonnaise to desired consistency
4 Bunches of Green Onions - chopped up
Make the day before...serve with fritos or crackers. YUM..YUM..YUM..
