Here it is- anyone arriving after about 7 missed this one. I can't eat just one bite- best with FRITOS!!!


MIMI'S FAMOUS SHRIMP DIP

2 cans shrimp (drained and rinsed)
1 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Worcestershire Sauce to taste
Add Mayonnaise to desired consistency
4 Bunches of Green Onions - chopped up
Make the day before...serve with fritos or crackers. YUM..YUM..YUM..

It sounds like funn was had by all. Sorry jdarg that the Cap'n and I missed your party. We ended up having a much quieter evening ~ spending New Years in Atlanta with our son and his family. Believe it or not, the 3 year old stayed up all the way to midnight and then crashed. Have a great 2007.

It sounds like funn was had by all. Sorry jdarg that the Cap'n and I missed your party. We ended up having a much quieter evening ~ spending New Years in Atlanta with our son and his family. Believe it or not, the 3 year old stayed up all the way to midnight and then crashed. Have a great 2007.

I was hesitant to post but with this ongoing love fest (which I KNOW is WELL DESERVED), and Bobby J's post about selling his two lots for 150k south of 30A, I wanted to make sure everyone noticed the for sale sign on the 1-acre lot south of the Darg's. You can be their neighbor for 99k, or at least pitch a tent on the lot and walk to next year's party ;-)

Might I suggest doing BOTH at the beach?! We had the best time this year. It is so quiet and laid back.

Just make sure the buyer is funn and has a sense of humor, which they will need to live next door to us.
