TooFarTampa, apparently you thought I was referring to you. Wherever would you get that idea??? That's crazy. So you need to just forget thinking that I was referring to you, I was not at all. There are one or two on here that I know do dislike me, but you certainly weren't one of the one or two I was referring to. Good grief. I am mad and pissed at UT also. Twice this season they have been leading near the end of the game and ended up losing with less than 10 seconds left. And it was because of their sorry foul shooting.

BR- I have a friend here in Nashville that's the biggest Gator fan. She MAKES me cheer for Fla. It's the hardest thing I've ever had to do concerning sports even though Florida is a funn team to watch.

I'm going to meet her tonight after work to watch the game. Happy hour woot woot!

I feel the same way. There are a few golf tournaments I enjoy (like The Masters) and then tennis at Wimbledon, but other than that, it'll be pretty boring for me sportswise until football season starts.

But the good news is that spring and summer are my favorite seasons!:clap_1:

Thanks! Sam and I were out shopping and actually listening to it on the radio. We decided we like to watch bb much better than listening to it. We couldn't keep up. (two non-sporty girlie girls)

I was hoping for an all #1 seed Final Four. But it looks like that's not gonna happen, thanks to UCLA, whom the Gators defeated last April for the national championship.

We just saw this on the news! Seriously!!! I never really thought I would "plan" to watch basketball on my vacation but we'll be somewhere-probably at our condo watching at 6:07 p.m. I'm sure everywhere else will be packed. (Shades at the Loop came to mind)

We went to the Dome yesterday afternoon to watch the Gators practice and hopefully score some tickets. We couldn't find anyone selling. They split the Dome when basketball is played there. Even tickets in the upper deck in the opposite half of the Dome from where the game is being played are selling for $300 each online. We'd be better off watching it on TV if we have to sit that far away.

I did get to talk to Joakim yesterday!!!!! I was standing by the railing in the corridor that leads from the court to the locker room. Joakim was signing little kids' basketballs, and I said, "Joakim! I love you! You're my favorite basketball player ever!" He gave me a big smile and said thanks.

It really ticks me off that this whole Billy D. and KY thing might be diverting the players' concentration. At the Final Four any given team can beat any other. At that level it's a head game. I just hope that the Gators' heads are on straight and that they walk onto the court with the swagger and confidence that they exhibited when they played Oregon. You could just see it in their eyes.

Glad they won tonight. Hope they can take out Ohio State and Greg Oden. And take Conley out of his game. And Oden is the one for once I would like to see fouled out. He never seems to foul out. They said Florida beat Ohio State back in December by 26 points. don't know where I was that game, obviously missed it. Assuming that was when Oden was hurt. But somehow I do not think Oden even being well will help them that much. I hope not. I want them to lose. Congrats to the Gators.
