Rosemary Beach Realty is seeking a talented, highly motivated, self-starting creative individual. Applicants should have familiarity with content and traditional marketing efforts, social media and real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, deliver and edit digital and printed marketing materials and advertising campaigns, including press releasees that are effective and timely
- Manage website content and blog, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
- Create, manage, and generate content for social media (Instagram, Facebook other social media posts). Responds to followers.
- Work with agents to assist with property descriptions
- Requesting and scheduling showings through owners and agents
- Answering phones, taking messages for agents and setting up appointments
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year College or technical school in a related field (Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations)
- At least two years marketing experience
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
