Mature Couple looking for long term rental

Mature couple in mid 30s looking for a carriage house or small place in the Seaside or Watercolor area. From New Orleans and drive into Seaside area multiple times a month. It would be nice to have a place instead of having to rent hotels or homes for short stays.
