May-august 1br rental in watercolor/seaside/seagrove or surrounding area

I am looking for a safe, clean 1 bedroom/1bath place to rent from May-August. A full kitchen is not a necessity. A carriage house or loft would be ideal. Willing to negotiate a price. Please contact me back if you can help in any way.
