Having tons of problems getting new Mediacom lineup to transfer to my TIVO. Anyone else having problems or can recommend a fix or am I gonna have to sit on hold forever🙂 with Mediacom?
Thanks!

I hope you're not still on hold.

So what is the deal with some of the channels missing? We don't seem to get 51-56 since a few days ago.

Hi - I live in Seacrest Beach and got a new Tivo Premiere about 2 weeks ago and the channel lineup & program guide have not been matching up, and the guide is missing some program info. Finally called Tivo this morning and they said there is a problem with Mediacom's data not matching up Tribune Media's data (Tribune manages the database of national TV listings which gets fed back out to listing services like Tivo, TV Guide, satellite/cable companies etc). Tivo has to submit a request for Mediacom and Tribune to review their listings, and that could take up to 10 days. Not sure if this also affects other brands of cable boxes, like the Motorola and Pace brands provided by Mediacom.
