Merman is Full of Vanity

As in Vanity Plates for his new car. He got himself a snazzy black Chrysler Sebring convertible this weekend. He's feeling a little full of himself :twisted:

and has decided that ordinary plates are for the hoi polloi, not him. I think that since so many of you were helpful when we were car hunting, you should have dibs on what goes on the plate. I wouldn't mind some help picking a new slogan, so have at it!

We can have 7 digits plus a space. Here's what's in the running so far:

THE MERS (suggestion from jdarg)

FUNN CAR (suggestion from Miss Kitty)

2FOR FL (suggestion from my mother)

GO SOWAL (Merman)

BIKE YAK (our two favorite things)

No, that's the funn of it! NO pressure. We have until October 31st to pick a plate, which we'll then get in April. Lots of time left!
