Man I miss it too! I'm about to post a couple pics from a trip we took to Jekyl Island a couple of weeks ago.
I think the best peaches are in SC, especially near Gaffney, SC, where there's another "big butt" peach (on I-85). SC peaches are much better than GA peaches IMO.
Don't know about CO peaches, but the California peaches I buy at the Vegetable Patch are so yummy and juicy!!! I just got some of the last ones of the year, (white peaches) mmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!
