Position Overview:
Do you love balloons & party decor? Are you passionate about design details?
Mingle 30A is an established family owned balloon styling and event rental decor business servicing 30A, Destin & Panama City Beach. Everyday we provide fun & fanciful party decor, bespoke balloons, and event rentals to our customers.
We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and creative person to join our small team. Everyday is different and we promise you will never be bored!
No experience required.
We will train the right person
Work Hours: 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Days: Tuesday – Friday
NO WEEKENDS!
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited too):
• Managing the day to day operations for our NEW party boutique. This includes product ordering, merchandise planning and styling seasonal displays and making sure the store is presentable.
• Inflate & prep balloons and decor for client orders and events
• Help prepare displays for large events.
• Maintain and establish professional communication with clients and vendors
• Assist with content creation and social media including photography, image prep and planning.
• Assist the owners with special projects and administrative duties as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate:
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must enjoy working with balloons (latex and other balloon materials)
• Must be creative; with an ability to pull together a cohesive look
• Must be reliable and available to work 4 days each week.
• Must have a “make it happen” attitude
