- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies; restock as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and balancing registers at shift end.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, responsible serving policies, and alcohol licensing laws.
- Collaborate with team members across food service areas to deliver seamless customer experiences during busy periods like nightlife events or banquets.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele.
- Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and food safety protocols.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
