Misc Modular Homes in South Walton or Elsewhere

Anyone have experience with modular homes? I know some have gotten fancy and wondering how the experince, cost and quality is. I saw some going in on North 395 in Point Washington and thinking it might be a good option on my lot or as a carriage house deal. The first one ever assembled in Walton is in Seagrove. I don't want to post to avoid traffic and privacy in the neighborhood. You can't tell it's modular and most people don't know until you tell them. I know Clayton Homes does modular as well.
