well, i just got up, it's 0400, and my hair still looks the same.

Glad to hear your friend is okay......and sorry about yesterday. Remember, everything is better, looks better, and feels better at the beach. ;-)

Oh Audie, I'm doing a little catching up here. So sorry about your friend at the hospital - what an absolutely bizarre incident. As for the rest of your mishaps, hopefully you will have forgotten all about them in say, 48 hours? And if it makes you feel any better, my highlights are a little brassy too, we can be 2 blond bimbos hanging out at the beach together ;-) !!!!! I hope today is better for you and wish you and Mr. Audie the safest of travels (and I'll see you in just a little over a week - I'll bring my own spoons with me and have them hanging precariously so you can easily spot me at the airport!!!!!)

Oh audie, I am so sorry! My theory is that the sheet hits the fan right before one leaves on vacation, no matter how you plan. Makes your vacation even more special. Glad your friend is doing well. SoWal is calling your name....

so i go to get my hair colored, highlighted and cut....well the color seems to be a new one not previously known to man it's hideous - only to be rivaled by my cut i look like a demented butch.....

then i went to get mr audie some shirts for vaca and being so traumatized by the godawful hair, bought 7 shirts in the wrong size. he hasn't worn a size L since oh, maybe 1993........

so i came home and did nothing but pout all day - haven't packed or anything yet.

i went to pick up some supper at quiznos - they close at 9 pm - i got there at 9:05.

welcome to friday the 13th on tuesday the 17th.....

my day started by hearing this news... the male nurse that was injured is a friend of mine i have known for 15 years or so....

audie. you know I love and adore you. and I must admit that I have never in my entire LIFE laughed as hard and PEED as much as I just did reading this post. I have howled and screamed laughing to the point that kurt came to check on me. and I read it aloud to him and he also howled and screamed. okay, kurt doesn't how and scream as I do, but he smiled really big which is the same thing.

the "demented butch" started me laughing pretty hard, its just so visual. and then the rest is hysterical, except for your nurse friend - I am truly sorry for this news..

thank you for your humor. it's so uplifting. but sorry about your hair. maybe its time to get it really whacked. want to make an appointment in grayton and we'll see what we can do? send me a pick. maybe you are just freaking out a little, and your hair is okay.

I am getting worried now. I haven't had color done for over a year and am supposed to get "highlights" on Friday along with a new cut. You all are freaking me out! Say it ain't so, Audie!
