Need Furnished Rental ASAP for 4+ months CAN PAY 3-4 MONTHS + SECURITY UP FRONT

48 yr. old empty nester semi retired professional in need of a furnished rental near the beach ASAP. I have a well behaved 6 yr. old miniature English Bulldog...doesn't chew things, very lazy and sleeps a lot. Willing to pay multiple months, security and pet deposit up front. I am relocating to the area and need a rental until I find something to buy. Have rented my place in Atlanta. I prefer furnished but would definitely consider unfurnished as I am in a bit of a jam.
