Family member moved to FL this summer and needs will and trust set up in FL. It has already been done in another state and relative only wants it recopied, notarized, etc. according to FL law. Should be very simple, not trying to reinvent the wheel, and seeking lawyer to accomplish this before end of year. Many thanks for recommendations.

While a trust is an excellent vehicle for some it's not for everybody. You do not need to pay a lawyer ten of thousands of dollars to get a leather bound trust that covers things you'll never need.
