Rent prices in this area have gone up so high! I am a 40 something soon to be single professional woman looking for someone who wants to find a long term rental in the Santa Rosa Beach area together. I've seen a few really nice homes for rent but the rent is anywhere between $3,000 and $4,000.00. If I could find the right person to split the rent and utilities with, it could be a win for both of us! I thought maybe someone is out there in a similar situation and would like to discuss options and ideas. I work for a law firm off of Hwy 30a, no drugs, pretty low key.
