I need a long term furnished 2-3 bedroom preferably with a garage but that is not a deal breaker. I am a non smoking or partying 40 year old professional man with no pets. I travel a lot with work, I am quiet, clean and respectful of others. Open to prices depending on where rental is and the details.

Will consider unfurnished also if anyone knows of one, especially if it has a garage or outside storage building.
