Need loving home, for little Harley!

I have been successful in finding numerous forever homes for pets and am trying, again! I saw this on FWB Freecycle and it broke, my heart.:( The following information, will explain. I am hoping for Jessica to send me a pic, too. Please let me know if someone could provide little Harley, all that he deserves!

The couple that took Harley called and said its not working out, he is not getting along with their dogs. This little guy needs to go to someone, that has no dog at all! He is a sweet little guy, needs some training, is a male (not neutered) pure breed chihuahua, brown with white heart on forehead and white feet. He has been paper trained and was a year old, on Feb 1. I need someone to take him, ASAP! Please help me find this little guy a home!
