I'm looking for a room to rent from a home owner in the Santa Rosa Beach area.
I'm a single, young professional female who is conservative and am looking for an affordable long term rental. I do not smoke, drink or party. I'm very clean, very neat and very responsible.
I would like to live with someone older or elderly who may need help around their house or running errands. I prefer living with someone who does not smoke or drink. My budget is within $300 to $400.
I will be moving to the area May 1, 2008 from South Mississippi.
