Help 
My son and his girlfriend are in need of a decent priced long term rental. They were having a hard time for a while but things are looking back up for them and they are both working.
They need a LTR with most or all utilities included at a decent price. I know that is a rare thing around here but there are some around at times so I thought I would post here. A 2 br would be great, but a 1 bedroom would work too. Was hoping to keep the rent around 700 to 850 a month. Pretty much any area of SRB will work as both of them work on 30a and right now live off of Bay drive.
