Ok, good thought. I don't know what he already has. Should I snoop in his tool box???

It's been two months, one would assume you already have. :D

Seriously though buying a man a tool is like buying a woman a bra after dating for 2 months. It's probably going to be wrong and possibly unflattering. I'm thinking a decent gift card to Home Depot, but not over $75.00.

Bob is spot on. If he is working all the time, make him a coupon for a massage. ;-)

Stay away from the tools. It means work and most men have what they need. Boo ya.

Let me ask this. If you really liked a girl you have been dating for 2 months (SWGB, a boy for you) and it was your birthday, what would be an appropriate, romantic/thoughtful gift that she could give you.

So far, I like Bob's idea of a photo album with a starter photo.

I don't kiss and tell, I just drag them through Sowal if they become jerks.:D

Hmmmm.... two months is a nice stretch of time and you two should know each other fairly well by now. Massages are amazing, but I would assume they have already been going on? (I know that I love to give them and it would already be a weekly staple for me) Perhaps you could find out one of his unfulfilled fantasies and make it a reality for him? Give him a memory that will always be fondly remembered and associated with you! :D

Powertools, especially if your unfamiliar with what he has and likes to do, is a poor idea in my opinion...and kinda unpersonal.
