Need rental starting July 1st

Hello,

We are moving to Walton Co and need a rental for 1 year while we look around at real estate or build a house.

We would need to get in by July 1st.

I am open to looking at small condos or houses.

It would be me, my husband and 2 small kids also, we have 1 couch potato beagle hound so we need to be able to bring at least 1 pet.

I would be interested in Freeport, Point Washington or any areas along 30A or even closer to Panama City Beach.

We really don't want to go over $1200.00 a month so PM and let me know what you have available.

We have excellent credit and will respect your property.

Daisy, I have a 2br/2b furnished condo on second floor with elevator and stairs at Herron's Watch Way. This sounds like it would fit your needs. If interested, call Southern Coast Management and talk to Rosanna. Ask about unit #4207 Condo rules allow a small pet.

Still looking? (I know it's after July 1.) We have a 3 BR 2 BA house for rent. It's located at 260 Sunrise Circle in Dune Allen. That's the first street east of Butler Elementary School. The rent is $1375 per month, but it includes electricity, expanded basic cable, and water/sewer. After you subtract all of the services out, it's definitely in your price range.
