Hi, I have a large bedroom w/ full bath for lease in Santa Rosa beach Club community, I am an older women living by myself and bird in a large 3 bedroom 3 and 1/2 baths. The room is $700 a month with half electric bill. Let me know if you would be interested. I need to rent it out in May. Judi G.
