Hello all:

My family and I will be visiting your wonderful area at the end of the month and through the first week of June.
My question is, with 2 little girls (8-10) how do you think the oil will effect the beaches by then, and is there any alternate areas/pools I may take them too if needed.
We plan on staying at Grayton Beach and I really do not wish to cancel as I know you all need the tourist influx and will take a hard enough hit without losing everyone.
While we definatly are far from rich, at least it will offer a few bucks into the economy. Any advice offered to keep them entertained is well appreciated.
Thank you

Thanks - sounds like you have a great family. We are all watching and waiting. It is still too soon to tell what's going to happen over here. Keep your eye on the forums and this thread:
