New father to be looking for rental

New father to be looking for a rental for nights away from rest of the crew. I am a full time responsible restaurant manager. I am going to be having my first child in Aug and looking for a place to live. I am looking at trying to spend less than $800. I am only going to be staying there between 2 and 5 nights a week.
