Noise Ordinance Defeated

The "proposed ordinance" was not approved, but there is an existing noise ordinance which remains in affect in Grayton.

True and the county wide ordinance (I believe this is the ordinance that Salty Dog followed) is also still in effect. It sounded like these may be repealed if and when a "nuisance abatement" ordinance is adopted. Can't wait to see what that looks like... Either way in reality we are dealing with "breach of peace" and the police.
Is it just me or did it feel like we were watching a rehearsed play tonight???
