We provide professional residential maintenance and repair services for homeowners, vacation rentals, and investment properties throughout the area. Our focus is high-quality workmanship, reliability, and excellent client service.
Typical Service Work Includes:
• Drywall repair & patching
• Interior painting & touch-ups
• Trim, baseboards & door installation/repair
• Fixture replacement (lighting, fans, faucets)
• Minor plumbing repairs (leaks, toilets, garbage disposals)
• Minor electrical work (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
• LVP, laminate & tile flooring repairs/installation
• Cabinet hardware & small carpentry projects
• TV mounting & shelving installation
• Caulking, sealing & punch-list items for rentals
• General property maintenance for Airbnb/VRBO turnovers
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven handyman or maintenance experience
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and communicate with clients professionally
