Vacancies are rising, but rents aren't dropping. Folks the tide has definitely changed with multiple apartments complexes perusing these listings and pouncing like sharks, a bevy of single family listings with insane rents and what appears to be little interest I wouldn't take a property at asking rate. Offer less, but beware. There's nothing worse than moving in to find out you're in a foreclosure situation. It's end of season and people are leaving in droves.
