October (Month Long) Rental between Seaside and Rosemary

Hi -

I grew up on the coast and now live in Austin, TX. We (two responsible adults) are hoping to find a rental on 30A for the month of October. Ideally, we'd like a single house that would welcome our two well-behaved small pups, Delta Belle and Calvin (both under 25 lbs.). Looking for something between Seaside and Rosemary.
