Office Admin/Marketing Specialist

SANTA ROSA BEACH ~ Medical/Spa Office Manager with extremely high marketing skills needed.
Personal and social networking, public relations and media outreach A MUST.
Initial Part-time position available... can develop to full-time.


Need individual with excellent communication skills, great customer service skills, self-directed and highly motivated!
MUST be professional, responsible, dependable, hardworking and positive.
Ideal candidates should have excellent phone, typing and writing skills and be able to multi-task.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phone, scheduling appointments, taking patient information, recording patient information, verifying insurance authorization and benefits, collecting co-pays, understanding HIPPA law. Attend and develop networking events to become the face of our business in the community.


Patient volume is minimal due to type of service... so marketing is required the duration of the time.


Somewhat flexible with hours and days... BUT NEED: 9AM open and DEPENDABILITY. Reliable transportation is a must! DO NOT APPLY if you are unable to meet these requirements!
