I am so sorry to see this. It is terribly sad.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Just yesterday, one of our communities lost a fireman and 2 police officers were wounded when a sniper open fired on them.

Again, adding my thoughts and prayers.

So sad. It's so easy to forget how dangerous a job it really is. Hats off to all the law enforcement officers who get out there on a daily basis.

Not in SoWal, but not very far away...very sombering news.

Please pray for the families and friends of the deputy, and the shooter.
