I just know it.

Was driving down 30-a, stopped at the intersection of the street that goes to the Red Bar, and noticed that the black truck (with topper) in front of us had a SoWal sticker and a "Nice dogs, strange people" sticker.
So, if you happened to notice the nut in the minivan behind you waving, that was me.

What do you mean "with topper?" are you saying it had a camper shell on the back or a roof rack filled with crap? Or, perhaps it was a black Trooper carrying a gray colored kayak?
