...for now. :bang: I had to delete this aol screen name to restore one for my daughter so she could have her itunes back. Ugh, I hope no one ever needs to talk to a real live person at itunes tech support. What a royal pain.

Just an fyi--- never delete an AOL screen name that you have purchased songs on itunes with. You will never be able to access them again. We've tried converting the account with no luck. All this came about when we upgraded to itunes 7. :bang:

I hope to restore olbunnyfunn if I ever get this straightened out. In the meantime if anyone needs me, just pm. The spiral is still safe.

OL, itunes 7 stinks! And right now there is mass chaos in itunesland and a huge number of angry customers because active (non-deleted...!) screen names are not working in the itunes store. It's not an AOL issue, it's something that itunes has not fixed for some reason. The itunes discussion board is full of posts from people who are furious!

I've never been a conspiracy theorist, but apparently the trouble started Dec. 24 and still has not been fixed. Lots of people angry about loading their itunes cards from Christmas into accounts that are now inaccessible.

At least I did find a way around it to access our songs. Although I would like one of our screen names not to be tied up just for itunes. :bang: What is it w/ upgrades! They always screw your system up some way!

There is a good reason why they call AOL, "A-hole H_ll" -- you can't escape the vortex.

This isn't an AOL issue though, it's apple- itunes. I noticed when I delete olbunnyfunn that AOL warns you that if this is the account that you used for itunes it will no longer be available. Sam deleted her screen name to make another and apparently did not read this!

Sorry, my friend, but this is one opportunity to AOL bash that I must take away from you; the problem is on the itunes end, not the AOL-vil empire!
