Beverly Hills Here We Come OL, do I know the feeling or what. That's so funny! It's the way we travel, too. Everything but the kitchen sink.

We were so happy to meet you on the beach in Grayton! And I'm glad that you got to meet so many other SoWallers, too. The comraderie at the beach is what makes SoWal so extra special to me. Isn't it funn to put the faces with the names? :clap_1:

Did you see the pics with all the crap behind the kiddos in the car? It really was organized. If I asked for something, Mr OL knew just where to find it. Yes, it is funn to put faces with names. Grayt memories!! :clap_1:

That's how Merman is. I call it "organized chaos." I'm always impressed at how good his spacial ability is. Packing the car for him is like playing at a jigsaw puzzle. All the pieces fit. Now when I do it--watch out!

I have the feeling there are many more SoWal trips in your future, OL.

OL - What a great part one of your trip report! Can't wait for the rest. You were lucky to have a hotel room on Friday. I had friends looking for one on Friday night & they called 12 hotels before they could find a vacancy. The one in Alabama they ended up in was definitely not one that they will be returning to.

Sorry I missed you at the Red Bar on Sunday. I was not feeling well - fighting off a cold/virus. I made it as far as Blue Mountain Beach on my bike & decided that "coughing up a lung" would not be a good first impression & figured you would not want to share my germs. Probably a good decision as I am fairly certain I did share my germs with 3 others in our beach house, one of which ended up at the ER on Saturday.

Hopefully I can meet up with you on another beach trip.

I am heading out to your neck of the woods this weekend. Can you please warm up the temps for me? ;-)
