I'll be babysitting an 18 mo. old and a 6 year at dinner tomorrow. What should I wear?

 Hmmm ...

-- Dark jeans that hide smudges from grubby hands clinging to your legs.

-- No white shirts!

-- Avoid v-necks in case 18 month old tries to grab on to neckline, thus revealing your bra. I make this mistake every other day  but it's because I really like my necklace that looks good with a V-neck! (*stomps foot not encased in Prada boot*)

-- Fashionable wide belts are out as 18-month-old will get foot caught in them while being carried around. :bang:

-- Low heels or flats for said carrying unless you are really coordinated. Okay, sneakers. (Slip ons! You will not have two hands to tie shoes!)

-- Handbags with at least a 9" strap drop are a must so they don't get caught on your elbow while you swing them onto your shoulder with one hand ONLY. (Other arm is occupied. Duh.)

I hope you at least get to eat. :funn:

:lolabove: That's what I planned, except the baby has a cold, so my white shirt will be white fashionable Kleenex, you know that designer right?

They must be Mikimoto. They are beautiful. Mine are gorgeous (thanks, Big D) -- necklace, bracelet, ring, earrings. Although I never wear them since I'm not that conservative. They are in the safety deposit box at the bank.:dunno:

Silly gull. Beautiful pearls do NOT belong in banks. Have them re-created into something daring. BB's pearls are really contemporary and quite striking. I know it sounds sacreligious to unstring them (on a side note, I saw the Mikimoto jewelers at work when I was in Japan ancient years ago) but jewelry designers are doing fabulous things now with pearls!

Thanks. Yep, I guess so. I got sucked into babysitting again Saturday night.

But that's a weekend so I will wear this instead, an original Puffs dress.
