Job Description Below:

Generous Base Pay offered with opportunity for future profit sharing. Property management will be your first priority, but you may still continue your real estate sales with an 85% payout. Must possess exceptional customer service skills, phone and communication skills, both written and verbal. Candidates must be proficient at Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. A highly motivated self-starter will be the perfect candidate. Various other software programs must be learned. Candidates with an active Florida real estate license is a plus.Candidates without an active Florida real estate license must have a willingness to obtain a license in the immediate future. Due to the nature of the property management business, weekend work will be required at times. The ideal candidate is responsible, is highly organized, possesses problem solving skills and a positive attitude with the desire to succeed and grow with the company.
