I'm in! I played with it last week to get a sense of what is going on and when to schedule workouts. Learned that on Yoga days I cannot do the workout during my lunch hour because it last an hour and a half. We also have no doorway in this house that the pullup bar will work on. Any ideas?
I'm going to do the lean program. Pushing play on Monday:
weeks 1-3
core synergistics
cardio x
shoulders &arms ab ripper
yoga x
legs &back, ab ripper x
Kenpo x

I might convert over to lean as well. I have a great yoga workout that is very similar that is only 30 minutes. It is called "power Yoga for surfers". I also might substitute that as 1.5 hours is just too long .

If you have resistance bands or tubing you can hook them around something high and sturdy in your home - go down on your knees and pull on the band or tubing to work the upper back muscles. I think they actually demonstrate that option on P90X.

I actually use an industrial close loop hook with bands. It works quite well and the further away you go the harder it gets. Pull ups can really tear on your shoulders and this old surfer likes to save the shoulders for doing what I love most. The bands work really well here.

Or do push-ups instead....that's what I did tonight.

Hi there! Have done this program before but kinda lost motivation half way through. Great idea, would love to join! When/ where do you do the workouts?

I'm putting off my official start to next Monday, though still either doing a video or an outdoor workout each day this week. The kids' spring break is definitely not the right week to set a workout routine. Everytime I start or get a break from my job, one of them reminds me they need a ride to work or home from work or to the pool or take them kayaking or to the beach or it is time to feed them AGAIN! There are currently SIX teenagers in my house taking up my workout space :yikes:. Next week they will be safely back at school and my space will be my own.

I do them at my home in Point Washington. Sometimes my wife and a friend join in. My garage is a big workout room that is heated and cooled if need be. I just completed week one. Not too bad. Seems much easier this time. Let me know if you want to jump in. Late afternoon seems to work best.

I did core synergistics last night. It is my favorite. I got interrupted every 3 minutes though. I think I'll do Yoga today because it doesn't take much space and I can lock myself in my room or on my deck to do it. The meditation of it will probably do me good as well. Can't wait to officially start on Monday though!

I'm finishing up round 1 of PX90. Had been a member of Grayton Gym for years but travel time to the gym got to be too time consuming. I'm going to take a break and start again in a month. My favorite routine is the yoga and I'll probably keep it up during my break. Last week I changed up the order of the workouts and discovered that yoga the day after legs isn't a good idea.
A bonus to doing the px90 at home is that I vacuuming the rug more often since I'm laying on it.

1.5 hours of yoga you discover many things in your home that need to be done!

Dude! He totally worked up a sweat. I had no idea that running man could build your arms like that. Chef Ed does running man all the time and he doesn't have guns like that. Must be the Warrior 1/running man combo that does it.
