- General property maintenance and repairs
- Light plumbing, painting, and carpentry work
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Facility inspections and preventative maintenance
- Custodial and cleaning duties
- Grounds maintenance and upkeep
- Assisting with property improvements and special projects
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Previous handyman, maintenance, or construction experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
