Thank you for taking the time to read this & trying to help me out.
Anyways,
I noticed a few months ago that there was a 2-story apartment complex located after the Tomb Thumb on 30A & behinde the Trust-Mark Bank on 30A,
I know it is a 2-level complex & has a RED metal roof.
Does anyone know the name of those apartments or a phone number that i could call to get information on those apartments?
If so...your help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.
And also,is there another complex or a long-term rental house/apartment for rent in that area?
Thanks,Jared

Hey J.
The apartments you are asking about is called Rolling Tides I believe. There are MANY others also. Just in that area alone
you have the Bungalows that are directly behind Tom Thumb, on Somerset Bridge, and west of the Bungalows you also the Highlands of Sea Grove which are two, four story buildings.
If looking for an apartment or condo looking here in the rentals section is always a great place to look.

"Rollin Tide" (I guess a Bama reference, especially with the red roof). They are condos, not apartments. Small, entry level units with a pool and a great location.

The place you are asking about is Rollin Tides on Sugar Sand Lane and I manage 5 of them in that complex. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo available now in there.
I manage about 14 properties in the area and I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in seagrove beach that includes utilities except internet and phone for $1100 that is furnished and is pet friendly and available now.
If interested please email me at mtelsberry@hotmail.com or call me at 850-585-8015
Thank you, Mary
