Not that it matters, but I can tell you postively that Seagrove Highlands never had a Point Washington P.O. Box. The address has always been Somerset Bridge Road, Seagrove Beach. The developer is in Birmingham so there is also a Birmingham address. It was probably a mistake on the real estate website that you saw. The Bungalows of Seagrove and Seagrove Highlands are in no way related, except that they are neighboring developments.
