You posted and seemed ready and interested to buy into Watercolor at anytime.  Are you pointing out how great a time it is to buy or pointing out why you decided not to buy?

In Watercolor or all of 30A?    Lots of buyers looming around once the price hits the right mark.  That is why you will rarely see a low ball offer work.  I see a tremendous amount of pent up demand.

watercolor 1352 western blvd has been on the mkt what 18 months with the price lowered 4 times. still no sale at the supposed lowest price per square foot in watercolor at $340 or so.20 bear street which is a really nice home on eastern lake 200 steps from the beach lowered again to $609k. the house on 30a in seagrove on the road just lowered to 590k form 690k. i can go on and on and on.bottom line people want but many can't. belows just a few of many many this year. believe me i've scoured the area like an animal for 2 weeks and i see desperation.

sowal 20 brown street at eastern lake is 200 steps from the beach. hell western lake for 685k was 1/2 a mile
