Hello! I have a private room for rent on the West end of PCB. It is $950 utilities included with a refundable deposit. In a gated neighborhood with a pool. Less than a mile from the beach. About ten minutes to pier park or Rosemary beach. I currently have a roommate who will be moving out in December. Move-in can be flexible as it is a 3 bedroom. The lease term is also flexible. Female only, no pets, must have stable employment.
