Professional to share office space

Hi!

I am looking for another professional or freelancer to share an office space in SRB. I have found the perfect (beautiful) space, but need someone else to share it with. You would have your own office area with built in executive furniture and access to a living room style area for consultations if necessary. Rent would be approximately $350 per month including utilities and wifi. Private Message me for more info. I would like to move in ASAP, just need a roomate! Perfect for a graphic artist or other type of freelancer who typically works from home but needs professional space to meet with clients.

Responsible, trustworthy, non-smoking grown-ups only please
