Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow checklist to inspect homes/condos for damage after a guest departs
- Follow checklist to inspect homes/condos to ensure cleanliness before a guest arrives
- Deliver owner linens, loaner items (comforters, coffee pots, etc.), & other misc. items
- Tracking inventory and supplies
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- “Hands on” work style
- Attention to detail
- Must have valid drivers license
- Focused, independent worker with a “can-do” attitude
- Must have own transportation
- Must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday
- Understanding of technology and use of apps (will have to be willing to use your own smart phone device)
