Property Manager relocating & seeking employment

I'm a property manager with over ten years of experience in the rental business, and 16 total years of sales/service management. Have worked with single family/multifamily, market/tax credit, short term, commercial, receiverships, lease ups, renovations, and more. Managed over 1000 units, CAPS and ARM designations.
Relocating to SoWal area 2016. Looking to secure a senior level property management position.
