Pay starts at $21.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

Summary: Act as Liaison between Owners, Guests, and the Management Company. Provides friendly, courteous service and follow-up. First contact for all issues, requests, and questions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Field issues and requests for owners and guests.
  • Maintain condition and damage control for homes/units.
  • Office work such as answering phones, typing, filing, emailing.
  • Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Meet guests at check-in.
  • Assist with the overall production of the home including assisting with linen and bikes.
  • Check on the cleanliness of homes/units.
  • Handle guest and owner concerns expeditiously in a manner that is beneficial to all involved.
  • Work directly with Maintenance and Housekeeping employees/contractors.
  • Complete daily paperwork.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Education/Experience:

Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid Driver’s License required with a driving record acceptable to our insurance company.

Work Hours:

Regular attendance is required in compliance with company standards. Must be able to work weekends and holidays and have flexible hours to meet business demands. Saturdays are required.

Hospitality Skills

All associates should have a professional appearance, be in proper uniform, and have good grooming and hygiene habits.

Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome and smile.

Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a polite, timely, and efficient manner.

Listen to our guests and solicit feedback to improve service. Do not let a customer leave unhappy.

Show appreciation and thank each guest for their business.
