They have vanished along with my question, so I'll ask here. Just trying to get a feel of the area from the locals for the future. Where are the closest farms in your area? What are those areas like? How far from the beach? In an earlier post someone suggested looking for property with at least a 30' elevation, (for flood insurance purposes?) Are there any areas in SoWal at or above that elevation? Are property insurance policies also being cancelled in areas like Niceville where elevation is listed at 51'?
