public reef numbers

Are there any public reef numbers off of walton co. within a mile or two of the beach? We are hoping to be able to paddle out in the kayaks and fish. having fished with a few captains in grayton lots of times, i know there are lots of spots not far off the beach but i am sure those are all private numbers.
