For Hardie Board lap siding, in Walton Co. is it supposed to be face nailed or blind nailed. The technical specs from James Hardie, indicate blind nailed is preferred for HZ10, but then it says consult local building codes and wind zones.

I've only ever seen it blind nailed here, but I don't know what the building code actually is.
