Quiet, single woman with cat looking for long term rental near Hibiscus (employer)

I work at Hibiscus along with the occasional part time job. I am single, with no children and one eleven year old, well behaved cat. I am a smoker but am willing to keep it outside at landlord's request. I need a small long term rental through the off season and into the summer of next year. Anything from an efficiency to a two bedroom is the preferred size. While I would rather have something sooner than later, I am currently living with my parents in Santa Rosa Beach and am willing to wait for the right place if one is going to be available soon.
